About Oil Control Serum
An active serum that addresses complex challenges such as impurities, large pores, and inflammations without drying out the skin. The Oil Control Serum contains ingredients that reduce the accumulation of sebum and inflammation. The active ingredients provide a cleaner and clearer skin tone with fewer imperfections.
How to Use
Use morning and evening in a thin layer after cleansing and under customized cream. Avoid application around the eyes. For more active treatment, peeling pads are recommended 2-3 times a week.
The skin becomes more sensitive to the sun and should therefore be combined with Nova Cream SPF 30+ or Nova Drops SPF 50+ during the day.
Active Ingredients
Our composite concentrated ingredients work in synergy to optimize effectiveness.
- Salicylic acid (2%): BHA acid that promotes gentle exfoliation, regulates sebum, and has antibacterial properties against acne bacteria. Attracts fats and exfoliates pore lining, removing sebum and dead skin cells that counteract pore blockages.
- Propanediol and Propylene Glycol: Moisturizing and enhance the absorption of other active ingredients.
- Gluconolactone: Polyhydroxy acid (PHA acid) that gently exfoliates and promotes better moisture.

Moisturized skin can absorb other skincare ingredients more effectively. When Propylene Glycol and Propanediol are present in a serum, they can help other beneficial ingredients penetrate deeper into the skin, making the serum more effective in delivering better results.
