Peeling the entire body!

Most of us have a good skincare routine for our face, yet we tend to forget to give our body, hands, and feet the same regular treatment.

The body’s skin can become extremely dry, to the point in which the skin surface can appear grey and sallow. This can lead to bumps, ingrown hair after shaving, and dry and scaly legs. Some will also experience rougher skin on the elbows and knees.

Our hands are exposed to a lot over the course of a day, and so they can often appear dry, pigmented, and coarse. When it comes to treatment and products, our hands are seldomly prioritized despite it being a body part that is washed several times a day. It goes then without saying that they need to be taken better care of and be given the necessary skin-softening and restorative creams.

Our feet carry our entire body weight and help keep our balance so that we can carry our bodies around throughout the day. As we get older, the more prone we are to repetitive strain injuries which often leads to the soles of our feet turning rough and brittle. Applying skin-softening products daily will prove both preventive and reparative.

Glyactil Smoothing Body Lotion
Glyactil Smoothing Body Lotion removes dead skin cells and adds moisture.

It contains skin-softening, repairing, and restorative ingredients such as Aloe Vera, green tea, Vitamin-A, C and E, as well as fruit acids.

A peeling effect
Glycolic acids loosen the bonds of the firmly packed layers of dead skin cells in the outer skin layer, allowing the skin to more easily exfoliate and reveal its youthful skin complexion from beneath. In turn, the skin will appear healthier, glowing, and more even. This combats dry skin and boosts the skin’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Reduce red/razor bumps
Glyactil Smoothing Body Lotion also reduces something referred to as Keratosis Pilaris, which are red bumps that usually affect the backs of the upper arms and on the fronts of the thighs. It affects 40% of the population.

Treats oily and acne-prone skin
Glycolic acids are also suitable for treating back and chest acne. Dead skin cells clog the pores, so the glycolic acid breaks down and dissolves the sebum plug.

For optimal results, we recommend using the Sulfactil Cleanser or Acticlear Cleanser, followed by the Glyactil Smoothing Body Lotion.

Combats ingrown hair
Regular peeling can reduce ingrown hair after shaving and/or waxing. Clogged hair follicles can lead to the grown-out hair curl back into the skin and cause infection. By removing the dead skin cells, the hair can more easily penetrate the skin.

How to Use
Use Gyactil Smoothing Body Lotion on the hands, feet, and body following a bath or shower. Remember that peeling daily makes the skin more sun-sensitive. Therefore, it is vital that you protect the skin sufficiently using sun protection during sun exposure.
